Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to verify, confirm, or decline any order. Order confirmation may be conducted via SMS or phone call prior to parcel dispatch to ensure address accuracy.
4. Cash on Delivery & Customer Obligations
When placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the customer agrees to receive the package upon arrival and pay the designated order amount. If you are unable to receive the parcel, please notify us before dispatch to avoid unnecessary courier penalties.
5. 7-Day Returns & Exchanges
